After a win against UT Martin in Week 1, Kansas State is moving into Week 2 on a high note as they prepare to head to New Orleans to take on the Tulane Green Wave.

The Wildcats will look to get their first win over Tulane in program history this week. The last time K-State and Tulane faced off was back in 2022 when the Green Wave shocked the Wildcats beating them 17-10, and even went on to become American Athletic Conference Champions. K-State also went on to win the Big 12 that season, but that loss made things a lot more difficult for the Wildcats.

This is a new team though with sophomore quarterback Avery Johnson at the helm. After a quiet Week 1, Klieman will probably have to let Johnson lose a bit in order to come away with the win.
