With the Big 12 releasing each team's 2024 football schedule, college football fans can have something other than head coaching changes to talk about for a bit. Every team is going to play nine conference games and three non-conference games.
Kansas State went 9-4 in 2023 with a 6-3 conference record. The Wildcats will look very different in 2023 starting with a new starting quarterback. Former four-star sophomore quarterback Avery Johnson will be taking over for Will Howard who transferred to Ohio State at the end of the season.
For as many players as K-State lost, the Wildcats will be bringing in as many through both thier 2024 signing day class and the fall transfer portal. So how will Kansas State fair in the Big 12 now that Oklahoma and Texas are gone? Who is going to run the conference going forward? I think Kansas State has what it takes to go all the way.
Here are my predictions for each of Kansas State's games in the 2024 season.
