The Super Bowl is over and I am sure there are plenty of Kansas State fans still celebrating the Kansas City Chiefs win. The rest of the league is gearing up for the NFL Combine in March and then the NFL Draft in April.

Combine invites have officially been sent out and four Wildcats received theirs. Ben Sinnott, Cooper Beebe, KT Leveston, and Khalid Duke are part of the 321 prospects who were invited to the multi-day event in Indianapolis, Indiana. This will mark the second year in a row that the Wildcats will have four guys participating in the Combine.

Beebe and Sinnott are the two Wildcats most likely to be taken in the draft, but Leveston and Duke can raise their draft stock based on how they perform at the Combine.

The Combine is set to take place from February 26 through March 4 and will put the players through a series of physical, mental, and medical tests. This is where players can either become top prospects or have the ability to drop on the draft boards.

Sinnott is heading into the draft after being a walk-on at Kansas State and is one of the top-rated tight ends. On draft boards, however, Sinnott is listed as a fullback/h-back. Sinnott participated in the Senior Bowl and other than showing his skills during practices, did not raise or drop his draft stock.

Beebe ended up not participating in the Senior Bowl for unknown reasons. Players do decide to pull out of the bowl like that late for many reasons, mostly to ensure no injuries.

Leveston and Duke did not participate in the Senior Bowl, so the invite to the Combine is huge for them because it is the best way to talk with teams and raise their draft stock before the draft in April.
