College Football Week 0 Schedule: Teams, times, & channels for every game
College football is back and no one can take it away from us until 2025. Every single college football program is currently starting on the same playing field competing for a National Championship.
Week 0 is considered the first official week of football even with its short supply of games. There will only be four games played this weekend, but I will say it again...football is back!
Here is your guide to everything Week 0 has to offer, who is playing, big matchups, and how to watch them.
Week 0 Schedule Overview
Key matchups to watch
The biggest matchup to watch is the first game on the schedule. FSU and Georgia Tech are set to face off in the annual Ireland game. This is the same game that Kansas State will face Iowa State in next season.
FSU is the overwhelming favorite in this matchup, Georgia Tech is a team on the rise after a win over UCF in the Gaspirilla Bowl to finish their 2023 season.
The only other power conference team playing in Week 0 is SMU, who is new to the ACC this season. The Mustangs are taking on Nevada in prime time, which could be a great matchup.
How to watch college football in Week 0
With only four games on there are few networks you can watch them on. The late game between Hawaii and Delaware State does not have a channel just yet, so only three networks to look at.
The three networks to watch the matchups are ESPN, Fox Sports 1, and CBS Sports. All games can be watched on TV along with the appropriate streaming services attached to those networks.
