Kansas State men's basketball added another high school prospect to its roster on Monday, this time coming from the Class of 2026. Funny enough, it's tied into an area that Casey Alexander knows well.
Wildcats add 6'7" wing Nash Stark to 2026-27 roster
The Wildcats earned a commitment from their third high school prospect on Monday in Lipscomb Academy's Nash Clark. It also comes less than a month after he was projected to walk on to Alexander's Belmont roster.
Beyond blessed to announce my commitment to play for Coach Alexander and @KStateMBB. Matthew 21:22 whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith. @LAMustangsBB @joe_spears7 @Tpalmateer83 @SENIORITYPHOTO1 @NashvillePreps pic.twitter.com/RRKmxWUD9n

For context, Alexander served as the head coach at Lipscomb between 2013 to 2019, quite literally right across the street from where Stark ended his high school career.
Like many other young prospects at his level, Stark carries accolades. He becomes the third such player alongside Mr. Alabama Basketball Jaylen Alexander and Atlanta native Devin Hutcherson to commit to Kansas State out of high school.
During his time in high school, Stark also played baseball and received offers to play at the Division II level. His Prep Baseball profile previously listed his exit velocity at 101.8.
At the time of publication, all of Alexander's high school prospcts recruited by Kansas State originally had intent to play their first seasons with the Belmont Bruins.
