5. How does the offensive line mesh with the new faces

The Wildcats offensive line graduated two major players from last season but brought back B.J. Finney who might have been the units top contributor last year. The Wildcats will be bolstered by the arrival of several JUCO transfers. Will Geary was brought into the fold by Snyder and will play a part in the offensive line this season although his background is mostly based in wrestling.

The offensive line is one of the most important parts of any offense and will be an important barometer for the Wildcats offensive success in the upcoming season. It will be interesting to see how the line meshes together in the game this weekend.

The spring game is always a great way to start the season and is one of my favorite parts of the buildup to the upcoming season because I get to see the product with my own two eyes and don’t have to rely on coaches and word of mouth to tell me how the team looks and plays.

Some teams have opted to move away from a spring game but luckily for me it doesn’t look like that is the case for Kansas State as Bill Snyder at a recent press conference supported continuing the tradition of hosting a spring game citing the fact that it was important and exciting for the fans.
