RJ Harvey chose to stay at UCF for one more season and it might be the biggest returner UCF will have this next season. Harvey went off in 2023 with 226 carries for 1,416 yards and 16 touchdowns for the Knights. He also averaged 6.3 yards per carry, which was the third-best in the Big 12 in 2023. Harvey knows how to break through the line and accelerate in the second level to get away from defenders.
