Kansas State football is back this week and they are set to face UT Martin in Week 1. The Wildcats will field a new team this season with a lot of newer players in new positions. Of course, the biggest change is the one that everyone is the most excited about and that is Avery Johnson becoming the official starter for the season.

There will be a couple of newer faces or faces that seem new but just didn't see the field a lot last season. Wide receiver Jayce Brown is a player to watch this season, especially in this first game after he had a stellar game in the Pop-Tarts Bowl against NC State. Brown showed a rally good connection with Johnson and has great speed coupled with solid hands and couple pick up the receiving efforts left by Benn Sinnott.

This first game will be a good game to see how these new peices will work. The offensive line will have a chance to gel as it is fully reconstructed compared to last season, and the defense will have a chance to figure itself out as well.
