Nate Kalepo hasn't been in the transfer portal long, announcing his entrance on January 17. The experienced senior started all 15 games for the Huskies, one at right guard, and 14 at right guard. Kalepo would be the perfect replacement for NFL hopeful Cooper Beebe.

Kalepo came out of high school as a four-star recruit, seeing action every year he was at Washington. With the departure of Beebe to the NFL, Kalepo would be a great player to bring in for the younger guys.

Klieman signed five offensive linemen and grabbed from the portal in the fall window. This will be a young group going forward with three linemen declaring for the draft and the other two linemen graduating.

Kalepo is a great fit for a young offense that will be led by true sophomore Avery Johnson. Klieman will want to get some experienced players on the offensive line to protect Johnson and give him time in the pocket in his first season as a starter.
