Kevin Lockett is the second Lockett to appear on this list, and he was actually the first Lockett to go through the Kansas State football program. Kevin played four seasons at Kansas State, three in the Big 8 and one in the Big 12.

Kevin is a little higher on the leaderboards than his brother Aaron for Kansas State's all-time receiving records. He is second in career receiving yards with 3,032, second in career receiving touchdowns with 26, and second in career receptions with 217.

When it came to Kevin, he has sure hands and got better each season he played. His best season was his senior season when he had 882 receiving yards and six touchdowns. however, his junior season was the best for his touchdowns with 13.

The Kansas City Chiefs drafted Kevin in the second round of the 1997 NFL Draft.
