Predicting how many Big 12 teams will make the NCAA Women's Tournament

About a month away from the NCAA Women's Tournament, Kansas State stands alone as the only undefeated team in conference play, they seem like a lock for the tournament. So who else looks like they could have a shot at the big dance?

The Longhorns came into conference play undefeated. Since then, they have lost to No. 4 Kansas State, No. 10 Baylor, and Oklahoma. The Big 12 is just beating up on itself as a lot of the top teams came in with one loss or no losses and now have two or three losses.

Texas is still a very strong team heading into March. They have the No. 1 ranked offense in the Big 12 and the No. 4 ranked defense. They lead the Big 12 in field goal percentage with a .508 field goal percentage and a .380 three-points field goal percentage.

The Longhorns are going to have to continue to ride their offense to make it into the NCAA Tournament, but I would say there is no doubt they will be in it at the end of the season. I am going to put them in as a lock for the NCAA Tournament.
