big 12 transfer portal rankings. 22 Commits. . . 2. . 512. . . 2 4-stars, 18 3-stars

The Sun Devils are making the move into the Big 12 with the second most commits in the conference. Arizona State has brought in 18 3-star recruits, tied for the most in the conference. However, the Sun Devils did 17 of their players to the portal.

Arizona State head coach Kenny Dillingham will be entering his second season leading the Sun Devils and he is going to have to do it in a new conference. For a second-year head coach who went 3-9 overall and 2-7 in the Pac-12, getting 22 guys from the portal is very impressive. Dillingham had to really sell a program that is currently in a rebuild.

Dillingham did also bring in 2 four-star recruits one being running back Releek Brown from USC. He also brought in Michigan State quarterback transfer Sam Leavitt. The Sun Devils will hope to at least be bowl-eligible in their first season in the Big 12, but simply want to take a step forward from last season.
