West Virginia had a solid 2023 season going 9-4 overall, 6-3 in the conference. The Mountaineers did not do the greatest when it came to bringing in guys from the transfer portal. They lost 17 guys to the portal and only brought in seven.
With how they performed in 2023, the Mountaineers could have a chance at the Big 12 title, but they will have to hit the spring portal window hard to fill in holes on the roster. They need to bring in more guys on the offensive side of the ball because right now they have brought in one wide receiver and one offensive lineman.
