Kansas State football 2024 way-too-early Big 12 game-by-game predictions

With the 2024 college football season officially over, it's time for every "way-too-early" list to make headlines. Here are predictions of how Kansas State will fair in each Big 12 matchup.

The Mountaineers finished their season 9-4, not playing the Wildcats for the first time in 11 years. West Virginia played all four Big 12 newcomers this season beating all but Houston. The Wildcats lead the all-time series 7-6 with the Wildcats taking the last two matchups.

West Virginia lost only three games in conference play, Houston, Oklahoma State, and Oklahoma. The Mountaineers I believe are in the same boat as the Wildcats in they are in the running to run the Big 12 in years to come. They have had success in the past and can have it again.

However, I am still going to give the Wildcats this win because I think the Mountaineers need one more year to be elite in the Big 12. The Wildcats will come out strong on offense and hold their own on defense to get the 30-20 win over the Mountaineers.
