Kansas State basketball is working hard this offseason to put the 2023-2024 season behind them for good. One way to do that is to start looking at the non-conference schedule, which the Wildcats just received.

The 2024-2025 season is one that the Wildcats are looking forward to after a big offseason with a lot of new faces in the program and one familiar face making his return. The return of David N'Guessan gives the Wildcats a boost now that they don't have to rebuild their entire starting lineup.

The Wildcats scored players like Dug McDaniel, Coleman Hawkins, Brendan Hausen, and Achor Achor among others. Jerome Tang had his entire team together by the month of June for the first time at Kansas State.

Looking ahead to the 2024-2025 season, the Wildcats are set to play in two regular-season tournaments including the U.S. Virgin Islands Paradise Jam again, a tournament the Wildcats won back in the 2022-2023 season, Tang's first with the Wildcats.

K-State will also host the Wildcat Classic at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri. That will be the final set of games the Wildcats will play before Big 12 Conference play.

One game on K-State's non-conference schedule that will catch fans' eyes is the game in Manhattan against LSU. The Tigers and Wildcats have a history of playing each other, the last time being in the Paradise Jam Classic in Tang's first season.
