Martin Gramatica played at Kansas State from 1994-1998 and went through the transition from the Big 8 to the Big 12. Gramatica was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the third round with the 80th pick.

In the NFL, Gramatica played for four different teams throughout his 10-year career. The Kansas State great played six seasons with the Bucs who drafted him before going to the Colts midway through his last season. In 2005 Gramatica tore muscles that kept him out for the season. After that he bounced around teams for his last few years in the league.

Gramatica ended his career playing 109 total games going 155-203 on field goals and 228-230 on extra points.
