Running Backs

Darren Sproles

Kansas State career: 2001-2004
Rushing yards: 4,979 yards
Rushing touchdowns: 45 touchdowns
Receiving yards: 609 yards
Receiving touchdowns: 2 touchdowns

Darren Sproles might go on to be the most successful running back to come out of Kansas State. After being drafted by the San Diego Chargers in 2005, he played for almost 15 years in the NFL, retiring with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2019. Sproles was selected to the Pro Bowl three times and won a Super Bowl with the Eagles in 2017.

John Hubert

Kansas State career: 2010-2013
Rushing yards: 2,993 yards
Rushing touchdowns: 28 touchdowns
Receiving yards: 415 yards
Receiving touchdowns: 3 touchdowns

John Hubert didn't go on to have a successful NFL career, but while he was in college, he was a perfect weapon for Collin Klein and Bill Snyder. Hubert is currently third all-time in rushing yards at Kansas State behind only Deuce Vaughn who was drafted in 2023 and Darren Sproles.
