The 2024 Paris Olympics are quickly approaching with many Olympic trials have taken place and only a few more to go.

No Wildcats have qualified for the Olympics this year, but a long history of former Kansas State athletes have made the Olympic team. The one sport that has produced all of the Olympic athletes since 1920 has been track and field.

Kansas State has historically had a great track and field team, one that competes year in and year out in the Big 12 Championships and in the NCAA Championships.

There have been former Wildcats in 15 different Olympic games dating back to 1920. Kansas State has produced 27 Olympians and eight Olympic medals from 11 different countries.
