Another women's basketball regular season is in the books and it was a crazy one. Records were broken and history was made. Kansas State became the first team to start the season unranked and then later become ranked either No. 1 or No. 2. The Wildcats unfortunately reached the No. 2 ranking and things went downhill from there.

When Kansas State lost Ayoka Lee a few games into Big 12 play, no one knew exactly how the Wildcats would fair the next month. They won the next four games without Lee, but after back-to-back losses to Oklahoma and Texas, the Wildcats had lost their identity.

Lee returned to the lineup and this team has shown flashes of who they were towards the beginning of the season, but something still isn't working. The Wildcats suffered some tough losses late and lost the one seed in the Big 12 and now will not be hosting any games in the NCAA Women's Tournament.

With the regular season over, the Big 12 Tournament is set to start on Thursday, March 7, but K-State fans won't see this team compete until Saturday, March 9. The Wildcats received the double bye by getting the three seed allowing them to rest and regroup.

The Big 12 Women's Tournament will run from March 7 through March 12 in Kansas City, Missouri. Games will stream on Big 12 Now and ESPN+ with the Semifinals games and Championship game on ESPN2. Here are the matchups and game times for each team.
