Two weeks into conference play and the Big 12 is out of control. The most competitive conference is proving why it is elite. Here are this week's Big 12 Power Rankings.

The Sooners are a silent but deadly team in the league. Yes, they have losses to No. 3 Kansas and No. 19 TCU, but the loss to Kansas came after the Jayhawks lost in Orlando and they lost to TCU before they began their struggle.

The Sooners have still had quality wins. They beat a solid Iowa State team, a West Virginia team that just took down Kansas, and a strong Cincinnati team at home. This past week is when they beat the Mountaineers and the Bearcats. They take on Texas next, who has struggled, but is coming off a big win over No. 9 Baylor. Then the take on the No. 1 team in the conference Texas Tech at home.

The Sooners area team to keep an eye on as the season moves forward. I would say Oklahoma will be around this spot in the rankings going forward.
