The Jayhawks go 1-1 again this week. Kansas showed again just how vulnerable they are on the road. Of course, they love playing in Allen Fieldhouse, but even their game against Cincinnati wasn't a breeze, that game was a lot closer than a lot of people figured it would be. It is interesting to look at this Kansas team and see that they have the fifth-ranked offense, but the tenth-ranked defense.

Historically, Bill Self coached teams are very balanced on offense and defense and we just are not seeing that in his squad this year. If there was any team people thought this year that could beat Iowa State in Ames, it probably would have been Kansas, but they ran into the battering ram that is the Cyclones at home.

So why did I move them one spot up in the rankings? Honestly it is because I had to move other teams down. Oklahoma and Kansas State both lost their games this week, so they moved down and Kansas benefitted from it. I still am not impressed with this Kansas team this year, and I think they should be worried.
