Big 12 basketball Power Rankings: Kansas State falls, Houston heating up

There has been a big shakeup in the Big 12 basketball Power Rankings. the Big 12 continues to beat up on each other, so this is how the ranking shook out this week.

I don't think I can say this enough. The Big 12 is the most competitive conference in college basketball. Just when you think one or two teams are coming out of the woodwork as a tip team, they go and get beat. Only one team has been consistent this season, and that is Texas Tech, but can they sustain this?

Houston had a couple of tough games, but since then, they have dominated even more on defense. Iowa State is daring opponents to come into their house and try and beat them. Kansas shows again they can't fix their road struggles. Kansas State has shown its biggest weakness.
