Believe it or not, Kansas State football has never played these FBS teams

Kansas State football vs. MAC

With the number of teams that are close to the Midwest where the Wildcats are, it is surprising that there are six MAC teams Kansas State has not faced yet.

Miami (OH) Redhawks: Kansas State has not faced a lot of teams in Ohio, so it is no surprise and small school like Miami Ohio is one the Wildcats have not scheduled. Distance probably isn't a factor, so the Redhawks probably need to boost their resume to get on Kansas State's radar.

Buffalo Bulls: Buffalo joined the MAC in 1999 so with how young they are in the conference and the distance between the schools, it is doubtful they will meet anytime soon.

Toledo Rockets: This one is interesting, these schools are fairly close to each other with both of them being in the Midwest. Toledo has been playing in the MAC since 1952 so you would think this would be a good non-conference game for both programs, but nothing is in the books for the future.

Eastern Michigan Eagles: Eastern Michigan has been playing football for a while since 1891. Distance is probably a factor in why they have not made their way onto the Wildcats' schedule and the fact that the Eagles would probably need to strengthen their resume more going forward.

Central Michigan Chippewas: Similar to Eastern Michigan, distance is probably a factor, but the Chippewas also joined the FBS a little later in 1975. Probably not a matchup administrators are too interested in setting up, but if Central Michigan can get a solid bowl game appearance, it could be possible.

Western Michigan Broncos: Same as above.
