The Panthers need a lot of help on offense and need to build a hand-crafted offense around young quarterback Bryce Young. While Young needs some veteran pass catchers around him to help give him confidence, such as Adam Thielen, who was Young's top target in his first season.

However, young talent paired with young talent is also a good thing to have. Look at CJ Stroud and Tank Dell, Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase, and Brock Purdy and Christian McCaffrey. Young just might need a young talent to grow with him to help him with his own confidence.

With Sinnott's ability to catch the ball, paired with the fact that he does not drop a lot of passes, he could be a great fit in Carolina which does not have a top-tier tight end at the moment. Sinnott can also help in the passing game in the sense of being a good pass-blocker, which will give Young more time to make decisions.
