Kansas State infielder Seth Dardar has entered the NCAA transfer portal after a standout season with the Wildcats, per D1Baseball’s Kendall Rogers.
Dardar, a key piece of K-State’s 2025 lineup, led the team in several major offensive categories.
He hit a team-high .326 with 18 doubles and posted a 1.065 OPS. He also finished with 60 hits, 45 RBIs, and 13 home runs, as part of the Wildcats single-season program record 97 home runs.
A 50-game starter, Dardar played a big role in getting K-State (32-26) back to the NCAA Tournament for the second straight year. The Wildcats went on to beat Houston Christian and lose to UTSA and the Texas Longhorns in the Austin Regional.
Before joining K-State, Dardar spent two seasons (2022–23) at Columbia University in New York.
He missed the 2024 season due to injury but has put together an impressive collegiate résumé. In his career, he owns a slash line of .289/.383/.537. As a sophomore at Columbia, he hit .299/.392/.575 with 11 doubles, a triple, eight home runs, and 32 RBIs. He also scored 32 runs and swiped four bases.
Dardar, who has one year of eligibility remaining, will be one of the more experienced infielders available in the portal this offseason.
