National writers ignore what Kansas State Football accomplished on Saturday.

The Kansas State football team received a little love in the Associated Press national ranking released on Sunday- very little.

After their dominant win over TCU in Fort Worth Saturday, the ‘Cats picked up a couple of votes.

Voters ignored the Wildcats last week. Disappointing, when you consider the number of 4-loss team who are listed.

Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and West Virginia are the other Big 12 teams in the December 4, poll (see below)

More from Jug of Snyder

It’s obvious the national voters are down on the conference and maybe they know more than we want to admit.

Despite the lack of attention, Bill Snyder’s  ‘Cats have a lot of things going for them including a bowl game later this month and promise for great things in 2017.
