The Jug of Snyder is looking to add members to our team. This includes a co-editor, staff writers, and social media directors. Experience is not necessary. All we ask is that you’re passionate about the Kansas State family and have a need to show it.
What we can do for you:
Most fans feel the need to have their opinions heard but struggle to find an audience. The Jug of Snyder offers you that audience and at a national level. The FanSided Network has thousands of viewers and grows with each day. Add in our affiliations with Sports Illustrated and SB Nation and its obvious there’s no better spot for amateur sports media than the Jug of Snyder on the FanSided Network.
We offer you the branding and recognition that would take months, if not years, to build from scratch. We have subscribed readers, hundreds of Twitter followers, and a stable Facebook audience. We can guarantee your thoughts will be heard by some of the Kansas State family’s best fans, students, and even some players and coaches.

The Jug of Snyder is ‘good’ but we need to be ‘great’. We need more voices that offer different perspectives and a wider variety of ideas. Is your strength game previews and recaps? Do you like to cover recruiting? How about publishing wild ideas that are sure to generate a reaction? If any of this sounds good then you’re already valued to our team.
If you can afford to write one or two articles a week, or work our social networking channels each day, then we’d love to have you. Whether you’re writing to explore a potential career or just for hobby, we’d love to have you.
