Ray Kibble Signs With Falcons

Ray Kibble has signed an free agent contract with the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons, and Tysyn Hartman has made it official with the Chiefs as well.

After an outstanding senior season, I expected that Kibble might get a shot at making a team in training camp. He’s a fairly athletic, big body, with the ability to disrupt and make plays. I would not be surprised to see him catch on with some team’s practice squad, even if it’s not with the Falcons.

As for Hartman, his past knee injury clouds his outlook. Most people I talk to like the guy, but feel like he has lost a step (or three) since the injury. Here’s hoping that they’re wrong, and that Tysyn can latch on as (most likely) a special teamer/emergency substitute with some NFL team.
